1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Return Timeframe

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

  • Include your order number, reason for the return, and photos (if applicable).

Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the return process.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

If your return request is approved:

  • We will schedule a pickup from your location (where available).
  • The item must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

5. Refund Policy

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are provided as follows:

  • If the item was defective or incorrect: You may choose to receive a replacement (subject to availability) or a cash refund at the time of pickup.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
  • Items returned after the 3-day window
